Group Cycle Classes
Cycle classes are titled according to the length of the cardio portion of the class. The cyclist’s fitness level and the instructor’s drills determine class intensity. Please adjust the workout to meet your fitness needs. Water and a towel are needed for this class. Please remember at the completion of class to wipe the bike down and to towel off the floor around the bike.
CYCLE 35 – 35 minutes of cardio designed for members looking to cross train or who prefer a shorter ride.
CYCLE 45 & CORE – 45 minutes of cardio followed by a highly concentrated Core workout.
CYCLE 50 - this vigorous and challenging extended cardio class is designed for the experienced/competitive rider.
