Cycle classes are titled according to the length of the cardio portion of the class. The cyclist’s fitness level and the instructor’s pacing determine class intensity. Please work at your fitness level. Water and towel are needed for this class. Please remember to wipe your bike down and to dry any sweat left on the floor around your bike.
CYCLE 30 – 30 minutes of cardio designed for members looking to cross train or who prefer a shorter ride. Correct fit, proper riding form and an extended stretching segment are featured in this non-competitive class.
CYCLE 35 – 35-minute ride designed for members looking to cross train or who prefer a shorter ride.
CYCLE 45 & CORE – 45 minutes of cardio followed by a highly concentrated core workout.
CYCLE 45 – This vigorous and challenging extended cardio class is designed for the experienced/competitive rider.
CYCLE AND STRENGTH – A 75 minute well sequenced class that alternates cycling drills with off the bike strength training exercises. The instructor may vary the format by substituting upper body strength work while pedaling rather than off the bike.
