Group Exercise Classes

Great workouts, good friends and fun! Rockwell Fitness offers more than 48 live classes and 100 virtual classes each week. It is easy to find the perfect class to help you reach your fitness goals. We have a great variety of choices ranging from Cycling, Yoga, Pilates, Les Mills, and High Intensity Interval Training to name a few. Our classes are taught by certified instructors, and are fun, motivating, and all included in your gym membership.

STEP 45

A fun and challenging low impact cardiovascular workout that involves following a choreographed routine where participants alternate between patterns that include moving up and down a “Step” as well as low impact floor patterns.

“HIIT” HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING

A High Intensity Interval Training class that involves repeated bouts of high intensity effort followed by varied recovery times, which may last as long as the work periods. The workout continues with the alternating work and relief periods totaling 45 minutes. Modifications are provided for each exercise.

MUSCLE PUMP 

These classes are designed to strengthen all major muscle groups of the body. Proper form and execution are emphasized in this class. Exercise balls, bands, body bars, and free weights provide variety and challenge to this popular class.

CORE STRENGTH AND STRETCH

A 30 minute class that focuses on core stability, balance, strength and stretching. Dynamic, functional and static exercises are incorporated in the class. May use balls, bands or other equipment to increase core strength.

MUSCLE PUMP LITE

A gentler version of our popular Muscle Pump class! A total body conditioning class focusing on muscle toning, posture, balance, core strengthening, and flexibility.

BOOT CAMP

A fitness boot camp is a type of group physical training program. This program is designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 1-hour period of time.

CLASSIC BARRE

This class is a full body workout that uses light weights, a small ball, a barre, and a mat. No previous experience needed- all levels welcome. Modifications are given when needed. Shoes are optional.

ZUMBA

Get your sweat on in this fun-filled Latin-style low impact dance class. Participants follow the instructor through a series of choreographed dances.

CARDIO DANCE FIT

A heart pumping, sweat producing hybrid class that seamlessly mixes traditional hi-low aerobics with power dance moves.

Les Mills Body Pump

 

A barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned, fit -fast. Using light weight to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BodyPump gives you a total body workout.
