THE HEART OF YOGA – A gentle morning flow for all levels.
YOGA – Promotes mental clarity, release of stress, and creates a general sense of well being. Each practice is designed to build strength, balance, and flexibility as the instructor moves the class through challenging yoga poses.
MINDFUL YOGA – Participants will benefit from yoga poses and practices to increase flexibility and strength, and to promote relaxation and mindfulness. Breath and relaxation techniques will help to reduce anxiety and pain. The poses will be tailored to suit special requirements of participants whether young, old, or athletic. It will help to function with additional clarity, energy and well-being.
POWER YOGA – Power yoga is a general term used to describe a vigorous, fitness-based approach to vinyasa-style yoga. ... Power yoga incorporates the athleticism of Ashtanga, including lots of vinyasas (series of poses done in sequence) but gives each teacher the flexibility to teach any poses in any order, making every class different.
PILATES MAT – a flowing “mat” workout that is designed to develop lean muscles and healthy joint mobility. This unique and challenging class structure encourages members to work at their own pace.
STRETCH IT OUT – a 25 minute class dedicated to stretching. Designed to increase flexibility and range of motion, improve posture, circulation and decrease stress.
